The active ingredient ganirelix is a synthetic decapeptide. The peptide formula is formed by replacing the amino acids at the L, 2, 3, 6, 8 and 10 sites of natural GnRH. It has high antagonistic activity against naturally produced GnRH, and has the characteristics of high bioavailability, stable half-life and convenient use of type agents.

It is valid for at least one year if stored at -20 ℃ or lower. Since each freezing and thawing of polypeptide will cause partial inactivation, after the storage solution with corresponding concentration is prepared for the first time (please prepare the storage solution according to the information in the column of reconstitution in the product introduction), it must be frozen at -20 ℃ or lower after sub packaging to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
