General Description
Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 is a synthetic peptide compound, which combines multiple amino acid chains. It is mainly used in anti-aging skin care formula to help support healthy collagen production and cell function. Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 is a peptide of 4 amino acids used in beauty products and cosmetics to inhibit excess cellular interleukin production. It can be used in combination with palmitoyl oligopeptides, which together promote the growth of connective tissue and increase collagen production in the skin.

In the study reviewed by the cosmetic composition review expert group, the results showed that the skin elasticity was significantly improved, the deep wrinkles were reduced, and the skin texture was improved. It was also found to have dose-response to COLLAGEN-1, fibronectin and hyaluronic acid synthesis. Collagen 1, fibronectin and hyaluronic acid are all involved in the aging process.
